Summer Programs
In the summer of 2012, we will offer summer programs for preschool, pre-k and kindergarten children. Our summer programs are filled with engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Each week will feature a different topic for students to explore.
Students do not need to be enrolled in our academic year (August - June) to enroll in our summer programs. There is no registration fee for our summer programs. Please see our summer program schedule below:
Preschool Summer Programs (3 by August 31, 2012)
Preschool Summer classes meet from 9am to 12:15pm; M-F
June 18 – June 22: All about pets!
June 25 – June 29: Book Corner: Chicka Chicka Boom Boom! by Bill Martin Jr.
July 9 – July 13: Let’s go the beach! Learn about the beach and ocean animals
July 16 – July 20: Going on a Safari – Learn about African animals and more
July 23 – July 27: Vroom, Vroom, Beep, Beep! Things that Go
July 30 – August 3: Book Corner: It Looked Like Spilt Milk by Charles Shaw
August 6 – August 10: Dinosaur Stomp! Learn about dinosaurs

Pre-k/Kindergarten room has 2 options
Option 1: M-F from 9-12:15
Option 2: Morning class (9 -12:15) + STEM Lunch Bunch (12:15-2pm)*
June 18 – June 22: Dinosaur Stomp! Learn about dinosaurs
June 25 – June 29: Under the Sea! Learn about ocean animals and the beach
July 9 – July 13: Ramps and Pathways – Discover how to make things go!
July 16 – July 20: Blast off to Space! Learn about outer space and planets
July 23 – July 27: Artist Spotlight: Edgar Degas
July 30 – August 3: Author Study: Mo Willems - Knuffle Bunny and more!
August 6 – August 10: Going on a Safari – Learn about African animals and more
*STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. Our STEM lunch bunch will feature age-appropriate, inter-disciplinary early robotics, programming, and science lessons after lunch. STEM education has been identified as a critical component in developing student critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration skills. Students must pack their own lunch.

Tuition
9 am to 12:15 pm
$115 each M-F week
$445 for 4 weeks (they do not need to be consecutive) $785 all 7 weeks | 9 am to 2 pm (Pre-k/K class only)
$185 each M-F week
$725 for 4 weeks (they do not need to be consecutive) $1,275 all 7 weeks |
Enrollment
All students in summer programs must be potty trained and 3 by August 31, 2012. If your child does not meet the age requirement, would like a reduced week or you have any questions, please speak with the Director prior to enrollment.
To enroll in our summer programs, parents can mail or deliver our summer program registration form and payment to our center. Only a completed form and payment will reserve a space in our summer programs. All forms will be processed as they are received.
