Discovery serves children ages 2 through 6 across four programs:

Young Preschool

Ages 2–3

Preschool

Ages 3–4

Hands-on, project-based learning that follows children’s interests while building early literacy, math, communication, independence, and social-emotional skills. Daily Spanish instruction is included.

Pre-K

Ages 4–5

Kindergarten readiness through inquiry, play, and intentional instruction. Our Pre-K program supports early reading, writing, math, problem-solving, social confidence, and the skills children need for a strong transition to elementary school.

Transitional Kindergarten

Ages 5–6

A private kindergarten option for families who want one more year of small-class, child-centered learning before first grade. Transitional Kindergarten gives children time to grow academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive environment.

Half-Day and Full-Day Options

We offer flexible scheduling to fit the needs of Cary-area families.

Half-day program: 8:50 AM – 12:00 PM

School-day program: 8:50 AM – 3:00 PM

After-care: available until 5:00 PM
