School Tuition
There is a non-refundable $40 application fee due with the school application. A non-refundable $275 registration fee will be due at the time of enrollment.
Parents can pay their child’s tuition at the beginning of the school year (5% discount will be given) or in 10 equal installments (first installment is due on July 15th). Children enrolling after July 15th, but starting on our start date will be required to pay the full annual tuition at the time of registration or the first monthly installment at the time of registration (along with the registration fee). Each monthly installment will be due on the first of the month (if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it will be due on the Monday). After a grace period of 5 days, a late fee of $25 will be applied. All parents must sign a tuition contract at the time of registration.

Prorated Tuition FAQs
How is prorated tuition calculated?
We prorate by the same weekly rate as everyone else. Our school year has 42 weeks (August 25 to June 11). The calculator counts school days Monday through Friday up to the day before your child’s first day, then divides by 5 to get partial weeks.
What payment options can we choose?
You can pay in 10 equal installments or a one-time payment with a 5% discount. The 10 payments are scheduled for July 15, then September 1 through May 1.
What is the first payment when we start late?
Your first line will read “First Day of Class” and covers the prorated amount for your start month. After that, remaining payments follow the fixed schedule at the posted monthly rate.
Can I change days later in the year?
Possibly, if space allows. Reach out and we will let you know what is available and how it affects tuition.
What if we withdraw early?
